The invention relates to a protective shield device (1.1, 1.2), preferably a displaceable protective shield device (1.1, 1.2), for a displacement rail (10) along which at least one robot (R) having an application element (A) can be displaced. The protective shield device (1.1, 1.2) comprises at least one protective shield (2.1, 2.2) for protecting the displacement rail (10) from the application medium dispensed by the application element (A). The invention also comprises a robot (R) and a displacement rail (10) having at least one protective shield device (1.1, 1.2) according to the invention. La invención es concerniente con un dispositivo de escudo protector (1.1, 1.2), preferiblemente un dispositivo de escudo protector movible (1.1, 1.2), para un riel de traslación (10) a lo largo del cual por lo menos un robot (R) que tiene un elemento de aplicación (A) puede ser movido. El dispositivo de escudo protector (1.1, 1.2) comprende por lo menos un escudo protector (2.1, 2.2) para proteger el riel de traslación (10) del medio de aplicación surtido por el elemento de aplicación (A).
