The present invention relates to a novel complex, obtainable by mixing hyaluronic acid or a salt thereof and chondroitin sulphate or a salt thereof, and forming an aqueous solution of said mixture, which is further subjected to a drying process. The invention also relates to various compositions and formulations comprising the complex of the invention, process for obtaining the complex and uses thereof. La presente invención se refiere a un complejo obtenible mezclando ácido hialurónico o una sal del mismo y sulfato de condroitina o una sal del mismo, y formando una disolución acuosa de dicha mezcla, que se somete a un proceso de secado adicional. La invención también se refiere a diversas composiciones y formulaciones que comprenden el complejo de la invención, al procedimiento para obtener dicho complejo y a usos del mismo.
