Compounds, (I) compositions and methods that are useful in the treatment of inflammatory and immune conditions and diseases are provided herein. In particular, the invention provides aryl nitrile compounds which modulate the expression and/or function of a chemokine receptor. The subject methods are useful for the treatment of inflammatory and immunoregulatory disorders and diseases, such as multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, type I diabetes, asthma, psoriasis and inflammatory bowel disease. All definitions are as given in claim 1. En la presente se proveen compuestos (I), composiciones y metodos que son utiles en el tratamiento de condiciones y enfermedades inflamatorias e inmunes. En particular la invencion provee compuestos de aril-nitrilo que modula la expresion y/o funcion de un receptor de quimioquina. Los metodos presentes son utiles para el tratamiento de trastornos y enfermedades inflamatorios e inmuno-reguladores, tales como esclerosis multiple, artritis reumatoide, diabetes tipo I, asma, psoriasis y enfermedad inflamatoria del intestino.
