Summary:The invention relates to organic chemistry, in particular to a process for producing 14,15-bisnorlabdan-8(9)-en-13-one (2) - valuable and important intermediate for the synthesis of higher drimanic sesquiterpenoids and terpenoids.The process includes treatment of a solution of hydroxy ketone (1) in acetonitrile with trimethylsilylmethanesulphonate, taken in a molar excess of 1:5, at room temperature:Thus, the reaction course is monitored by thin-layer chromatography.The technical result of the invention is to provide a reproducible, faster and with a higher yield process for producing 14,15-bisnorlabdane-8(9)-en-13-one. Invenţia se referă la chimia organică, în special la un procedeu de obţinere a 14,15-bisnorlabdan-8(9)-en-13-onei (2) - intermediar important şi valoros pentru sinteza sesquiterpenoidelor drimanice şi terpenoidelor superioare.Procedeul include tratarea soluţiei de hidroxicetonă (1) în acetonitril cu trimetilsililmetansulfonat, luat în exces molar de 1:5, la temperatura camerei:Totodată mersul reacţiei se monitorizează prin cromatografie în strat subţire.Rezultatul tehnic al invenţiei constă în elaborarea unui procedeu reproductibil, mai rapid şi cu un randament mai mare de obţinere a 14,15-bisnorlabdan-8(9)-en-13-onei. Изобретение относится к органической химии, в частности к способу получения 14,15-биснорлабдан-8(9)-ен-13-она (2) - важного и ценного промежуточного соединения для синтеза дримановых сесквитерпеноидов и высших терпеноидов.Способ включает обработку раствора гидроксикетона (1) в ацетонитриле триметилсилилметансульфонатом, взятом в молярном избытке 1:5, при комнатной температуре:При этом ход реакции контролируется методом тонкослойной хроматографии.Технический результат изобретения состоит в разработке воспроизводимого, более быстрого и с большим выходом способа получения 14,15-биснорлабдан-8(9)-ен-13-она.
