Summary:The offered reactive magnetic coupler consists of two halves. The main elements of the first half of coupling are the permanent magnets 1, placed on the ferromagnetic yoke 2. The second half of coupling consists of sector-form ferromagnetic poles 3, which are separated from each other by nonmagnetic gap 4 and are placed on a light, nonmagnetic material (aluminium, plastic) corps 5. Both halves of couplings are separated each from other by hermetic, fixed screen 6. When the half of coupling with the permanent magnets starts to rotate, the permanent magnets' magnetic flux between conversely magnetized poles closes through the second coupling's sector-form poles. The maximal value of magnetic flux in the airgap is in the case, when angle between magnets' axis (m) and to m closest ferromagnetic pole axis (p) is equal to 45 geometrical degrees. In this case the mutual placement of both halves (leading and operated) of couplings conform to coupler's idle mode, where the torque is equal to zero. The magnetic flux in the airgap is minimal, when the axes m and p match. In this case the mutual placement of both halves of couplings has unstable balance, and the torque is again equal to zero. The transition between the maximal and the minimal magnetic flux provides change of the torque between the leading and the operated halves of coupling. The torque has its maximal value when the angle therebetwen has its value close to 22,5 geometrical degrees. The design of offered reactive magnetic coupler has improved technical and mass-dimensions parameters. Piedāvātais reaktīvais magnētiskais sajūgs ar vadošo un vadāmo pussajūgiem, uz viena no kuriem ir pastāvīgo magnētu radīti poli, bet otra pussajūga magnētiskā sistēma ir veidota no feromagnētiska materiāla, raksturīgs ar to, ka viena magnētiskā sistēma ir veidota no atsevišķiem sektorveida feromagnētiska materiāla poliem, kas viens no otra atdalīti ar nemagnētisku spraugu, pie kam sektora veida poli ir izgatavoti no magnētisku pildvielu, piem., dzelzs vai ferītu pulvera, saturoša polimēru matrices kompozītmateriāla un sektora veida feromagnētiskie polu un pastāvīgo magnētu polu pārklājuma koeficienti atrodas robežās no 0,8 līdz 0,85.
