Summary:The device for maintaining adequate cooling of the refrigerator, reducing the consumption of electric power and protecting the life of a compressor, automatically switches on a cooling mode properly according to the change of temperature or the passage of time. The device comprises a micro computer, a manipulating section for inputting the temperature and time needed by cooling grades to the micro computer; a temperature detecting section for detecting the change of the temperature in the refrigerator for a certain time; a display section for displaying the temperature of the detecting section by the control of the micro computer, a door opening/closing detecting section for detecting the door opening/closing; a compressor for maintaining the standard temperature of the refrigerator when the temperature is ascending higher than a certain level; an electric charging section for operating the timer for automatic temperature control on the electricity failure.
