Abstract A method for the production of anti T-2 toxin monoclonal antibody or its reactive fragment comprises (a) in vitro immunization of B-lymphocyte of rodents by antigen using T-2 toxin as hapten, (b) cell fusion of the immunized lymphocyte and myeloma cell to form hybridoma, (c) selecting for clones producing specific monoclonal antibodies to the antigen or hapten, (d) growing the selected clones by cell culture, and (e) collecting the produced monoclonal antidodies.
