| Abstract | A treatment of waste water is effected using a contact material in an aeration tank. The method comprises (a) pretreating the waste water to remove suspended particles, (b) introducing the pretreated water into the areation tank, and (c) contacting the water with a microbe proliferated and cultivated in the treating agent. |
