A color conversion member in an aspect of the present invention is a color conversion member that converts incident light into light of a wavelength different from the wavelength of the incident light, and includes at least the following (A) layer and (B) layer. The (A) layer is a color conversion layer containing: at least one organic luminescent material that emits delayed fluorescence; and a binder resin.
