OTAC 기반 모바일 신분증 발급 및 이용 시스템이 개시된다. 하이퍼레저 패브릭 기반의 블록체인 원장이 저장되는 하이퍼레저 패브릭 기반 블록체인 호스트 서버; 상기 하이퍼레저 패브릭 기반 블록체인 호스트 서버의 블록체인 원장에 대한 설계 정보가 저장되는 블록체인 원장 설계 정보 데이터베이스; 모바일 신분증을 생성하여 상기 하이퍼레저 패브릭 기반 블록체인 호스트 서버의 블록체인 원장에 저장하고, 상기 모바일 신분증을 표시하는 사용자 단말을 구성한다. 상술한 OTAC 기반 모바일 신분증 발급 및 이용 시스템에 의하면, 사용자가 직접 자신의 스마트 폰에서 셀프 촬영을 하기만 하면 소속 기관의 모바일 신분증이 자동 생성되어 등록됨으로써, 사용자는 언제든지 편리하게 모바일 신분증을 발급받을 수 있으며, 소속 기관에서 별도로 모바일 신분증을 발급하는 작업량과 비용을 줄일 수 있는 효과가 있다. According to the system for issuing and using a mobile identification card based on an OTAC, described above, when a user directly takes a self-portrait on a smartphone of the user, a mobile identification card for an affiliated institution may be automatically generated and registered. Accordingly, the user can conveniently receive an issuance of a mobile identification card at any time and reduce a workload and cost of separately issuing a mobile identification card at the affiliated institution.
