The present invention relates to a refillable razor and sharpener which allows a razor blade to be sharpened by the sharpener for a razor. Therefore, the problem with the high cost of razor blades can be solved. Accordingly, the razor can be used after the blade is sharpened, so a student or a person who just started a career can eliminate the burden of frequently changing razor blades. In other words, the razor comprises: a quadruple-blade razor blade for greater shaving ability, wherein the razor blade has a structure which allows it to be sharpened by the sharpener; a guard bar is positioned under the razor blade so that shaving cream is easily drained away, a razor body applied with a non-slip handle design so that the user shaves by holding the razor body with a hand; a cartridge structure formed to open the rear surface of the razor blade to wash the razor conveniently and the razor blade after shaving; and the razor sharpener having a razor storage function and a sharpener function to sharpen the razor blade and store the razor. 본 발명은 갈아쓰는 면도기와 샤프너에 관한 것으로서 면도기 샤프너에 의하여 면도날을 갈 수 있게 함으로써 면도날의 가격이 비싼편 문제점을 해소하도록 함으로써 기존의 면도날의 가격이 비싼 편이고, 학생이나 사회초년생은 면도날을 자주 갈기 부담스러운 문제점을 해소 하도록 한 것이다.즉 본 발명은, 면도기에 있어서 수염을 면도를 할 수 있게 샤프너로 갈 수 있는 구조, 4중 면도날로 절삭력이 증가한 면도날, 면도 크림이 잘 빠질 수 있게 면도날 아래에 위치하며 구멍을 뚫어 면드크림이 잘 빠지게한 가드바, 손으로 잡고 면도를 할 수 있게 미끄러짐 방지 핸들 디자인을 적용한 면도기 몸체, 면도 후 면도기와 면도날 세척을 편히 할 수 있게 면도날 뒷면이 열려있도록 구성한 카트리지 구조, 면도날을 갈 수 있고 면도기를 보관 할 수 있게 면도기 보관 기능과 샤프너 기능을 추가한 면도기 샤프너로 구성한 것이다.따라서, 본 발명은 면도기 샤프너에 의하여 면도날을 갈 수 있게 함으로써 면도날의 가격이 비싼편 문제점을 해소하도록 함으로써 기존의 면도날의 가격이 비싼 편이고, 학생이나 사회초년생은 면도날을 자주 갈기 부담스러운 문제점을 해소하도록 한 효과를 갖는 것이다.
