본 발명의 접합 시트는, 매트릭스 수지와, 땜납 입자와, 플럭스제를 함유한다. 접합 시트는, 땜납 입자가, 매트릭스 수지 중에 분산되어 있고, 플럭스제는, 매트릭스 수지 중에 있어서, 땜납 입자의 주위에 편재되어 있다. 본 발명의 접합 시트의 제조 방법은, 제 1 용매에 플럭스제를 용해시켜 플럭스제 용액을 조제하는 제 1 공정과, 제 2 용매, 매트릭스 수지 성분, 땜납 입자, 및 플럭스제 용액을 혼합하여 혼합 조성물을 조제하는 제 2 공정과, 혼합 조성물을 기재 상에 도포하여 도막을 형성한 후, 당해 도막을 건조시켜 접합 시트를 형성하는 제 3 공정을 포함한다. A bonding sheet according to the present invention contains a matrix resin; solder particles; and a fluxing agent. In the bonding sheet, the solder particles are dispersed in the matrix resin, and the fluxing agent is unevenly distributed around the solder particles in the matrix resin. The method for producing the bonding sheet of the present invention includes a first step of dissolving a fluxing agent in a first solvent to prepare a fluxing agent solution; a second step of mixing a second solvent, a matrix resin component, solder particles, and the fluxing agent solution to prepare a mixed composition; and a third step of applying the mixed composition onto a substrate to form a coated film, and then drying the coated film to form a bonding sheet.
