Abstract | The present invention relates to a lens assembly and a laser processing device including the lens assembly. The lens assembly of one embodiment comprises first to fifth lenses spaced apart from each other along one direction and arranged sequentially, wherein the first lens, the second lens, and the fifth lens have a negative focal length, and the third lens and the fourth lens may have a positive focal length. The focal length of the first lens is smaller than the focal length of the second lens, and the focal length of the third lens may be larger than that of the fourth lens. Thus, a laser beam can be radiated uniformly to a processing area where the laser beam is irradiated without damaging a workpiece.
