반송(搬送) 대차(臺車) 시스템은, 궤도를 따라 주행하는 반송 대차와, 반송 대차를 제어하는 제어 장치와, 궤도가 구분되어 이루어지는 복수의 구간마다 설치된 급전(給電) 장치를 구비한다. 복수의 급전 장치 각각은, 해당 급전 장치의 상태를 감시(monitoring)하는 감시 장치와, 감시 장치에 의한 감시 결과를 제어 장치를 향해 송신하는 통신 장치를 가진다. 제어 장치는, 감시 결과에 따라 반송 대차를 제어한다. A transport vehicle system includes a transport vehicle configured to travel along a track, a control device configured to control the transport vehicle, and a power supply device provided at each of a plurality of sections made by dividing the track. Each of the power supply devices has a monitor device configured to monitor a state of the power supply device and a communication device configured to transmit the monitoring result by the monitor device to the control device. The control device controls the transport vehicle in accordance with the monitoring results.
