Summary:Disclosed are an organic light emitting element and an electronic device including the same. The organic light emitting element comprises: a first electrode; a second electrode; and an organic layer disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode and including a light emitting layer. The organic layer includes an electron transport region disposed between the first electrode and the light emitting layer. The electron transport region includes a light emitting auxiliary layer. The light emitting layer includes a first compound, wherein the first compound is an organometallic compound represented by chemical formula 1. The light emitting auxiliary layer includes a second compound, wherein the second compound is a heterocyclic compound represented by chemical formula 2.
