An electronic device according to the present invention comprises: at least one processor; at least one camera; and at least one display. The processor may: with respect to an image including at least one object received by means of the at least one camera, check whether entrance into a finger mode is required based on whether a designated condition regarding the at least one object is satisfied; and, when the entrance into the finger mode is confirmed to be required, execute the finger mode providing a user interface corresponding to the finger mode. When a virtual object provided before the entrance of the finger mode exists, the user interface corresponding to the finger mode deforms the attribute of at least one portion of the virtual object provided before the entrance of the finger mode to display the same in the designated area within the display area of the user interface.
