Abstract | The present invention relates to a user authentication method when changing an apparatus and a device thereof. A control signal processing method comprises the following steps of: receiving a first control signal transmitted from a base station; processing the received first control signal; and transmitting a second control signal generated based on the processing to the base station. Therefore, the control signal processing method effectively provides a service in a mobile communication system.
