Summary: | Disclosed is a method of transmission system operation and distribution system operation in an environment of increasing renewable energy supply. The method, which is performed by a computing device including at least a processor, comprises: a first optimization process of generating a demand response plan for the day based on information on a predicted renewable energy generation amount, a predicted load, a predicted electric vehicle output, a past electricity market price, and a past transmission system power demand; and a second optimization process of generating the scheduling information of a battery energy storage system and an electric vehicle based on the demand response plan for the day, the electricity market price for the day, and the power demand information of the transmission system for the day. Therefore, the sufficient use of distributed flexible resources and a high consumer participation level can be achieved.
