The present invention relates to a vibration motor assembly for a seat, which transmits vibrations with minimized attenuation while strengthening the connection with the pad of a seat. According to the present invention, the vibration motor assembly comprises a vibration motor (31) and an upper housing (32) holding the vibration motor (31) to fix the vibration motor (31) and fixed to the pad (11) of a seat (1). The upper housing (32) has a gripping part (32a) formed around the front surface to grip the circumference of the vibration motor (31) and a fixing part (32b) protruding from the back surface to cover the back surface of the vibration motor (31). 본 발명은 시트의 패드와 체결을 견고히 하면서도 감쇠를 최소화하여 진동이 전달되도록 한 시트의 진동모터 어셈블리에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 시트의 진동모터 어셈블리는, 진동모터(31); 및 상기 진동모터(31)의 파지하여 상기 진동모터(31)를 고정시키고, 시트(1)의 패드(11)에 고정되는 어퍼하우징(32);을 포함하고, 상기 어퍼하우징(32)은, 전면(前面) 둘레에 상기 진동모터(31)의 둘레를 파지하는 파지부(32a)가 형성되고, 배면(背面)으로부터 돌출되어 상기 진동모터(31)의 배면을 덮어 고정하는 고정부(32b)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
