Abstract | The present invention relates to a rail-type transport guide device and, more specifically, to a rail-type transport guide device, which, in a driving unit including a rail and a block traveling on the rail, has a supply structure of lubricating oil from the rail side to reduce friction force at a specific area, thereby realizing an effective lubrication structure without an increase in complexity of the device. To achieve the technical objective, the rail-type transport guide device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a block (10) which directly supports a transport object or supports a feeding bed which fixes the transport object; and a rail (20) which is installed and fixed on the bed to guide the sliding movement of the block (10). To reduce the friction force between the block (10) and the rail (20), a lubricating component is provided through the rail (20).
본 발명은 레일형 이송 안내 장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는, 레일과 상기 레일 위를 주행하는 블록으로 구성된 구동부에 있어서 해당 부위의 마찰력 감소를 위하여 공급될 수 있는 윤활유의 공급구조를 레일측에서 공급되도록 구비하여 장치의 복잡도 등을 증가시키지 않으면서도 효율적인 윤활 구조를 구현한 레일형 이송 안내 장치에 관한 것이다. 이러한 기술적 과제를 달성하기 위하여, 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 레일형 이송 안내 장치는, 이송대상을 직접 지지하거나 상기 이송대상을 고정하는 피딩베드를 지지하는 블록(10); 및, 베드에 설치되어 고정되며 상기 블록(10)의 슬라이딩 이동을 안내하도록 구비된 레일(20);을 포함하여 구성되며, 상기 블록(10)과 레일(20) 사이의 마찰을 감소시키기 위하여 상기 레일(20)을 통하여 윤활 성분을 제공하도록 구성된다. |
