Abstract | The present invention relates to an artificial bladder system having a dual space divided by a partition and a wireless, non-powered urine fullness sensor using RFID technology, and specifically, provides an artificial bladder system, which comprises: an outer wall forming the outline of an artificial bladder, inserted into the body, and having an internal space; a partition fixed at both ends to the inside of the outer wall, dividing the inner space of the outer wall into a dual space of a urine reservoir and a working fluid space, and deformable according to the amount of urine and working fluid; and a urine fullness sensor installed in the working fluid space and detecting urine fullness based on deformation of the partition. A dual-space artificial bladder structure solves the problem of negative pressure inside the bladder, and the external shape thereof is not deformed to prevent fibrosis and adhesion problems.
