Abstract The present invention relates to an artificial bladder system having a dual space divided by a partition and a wireless, non-powered urine fullness sensor using RFID technology, and specifically, provides an artificial bladder system, which comprises: an outer wall forming the outline of an artificial bladder, inserted into the body, and having an internal space; a partition fixed at both ends to the inside of the outer wall, dividing the inner space of the outer wall into a dual space of a urine reservoir and a working fluid space, and deformable according to the amount of urine and working fluid; and a urine fullness sensor installed in the working fluid space and detecting urine fullness based on deformation of the partition. A dual-space artificial bladder structure solves the problem of negative pressure inside the bladder, and the external shape thereof is not deformed to prevent fibrosis and adhesion problems. 본 발명은 격벽으로 구분된 이중 공간 및 RFID 기술을 이용한 무선, 무전원 소변 충만도 감지 센서를 가진 인공 방광 시스템에 관한 것으로: 인공 방광의 외형을 이루고, 체내에 삽입되며, 내부 공간을 갖는 외벽; 외벽의 내부에 양단이 고정되고, 외벽의 내부 공간을 소변 저장소 및 작동 유체 공간의 이중 공간으로 구분하며, 소변 및 작동 유체의 양에 따라 변형 가능한 격벽; 및 작동 유체 공간에 설치되고, 격벽의 변형에 기반하여 소변 충만도를 감지하는 소변 충만도 센서를 포함하는 인공 방광 시스템을 제공한다.
