Abstract The present invention relates to a resistance spot welding method of an aluminum sheet. Considering an impedance of the aluminum sheet during resistance spot welding, a frequency applied to a resistance spot welder comprises a range of 600 to 650 kHz. Additionally, thickness of the aluminum sheet may range from 1 to 3 t. An objective of the present invention is to provide the resistance spot welding method of the aluminum sheet, which can secure improved welding performance and welding reliability. 본 발명은 알루미늄 판재의 저항점용접 방법으로서, 상기 저항점용접시 상기 알루미늄 판재의 임피던스를 고려하여, 저항점용접기에 인가되는 주파수는 600 kHz 내지 650 kHz의 범위를 포함하고, 상기 알루미늄 판재의 두께는 1t 내지 3t의 범위를 가질 수 있다.
