Abstract | An organic electroluminescent element according to the present invention, as the organic electroluminescent element comprising a first electrode, a second electrode, and an organic layer formed between the first electrode and the second electrode, enables the organic layer to comprise a light emitting layer formed using a solution containing an organic electroluminescent material and solvent, enables the organic electroluminescent material to comprise a host and a dopant, and enables to have a lower driving voltage and improves a light emitting efficiency and lifespan by using the organic electroluminescent material having high solubility regarding the solvent.
본 발명에 따른 유기 전계 발광 소자는 제1 전극, 제2 전극 및 상기 제1 전극 및 상기 제2 전극 사이에 형성되는 유기층을 포함하는 유기 전계 발광 소자로서, 상기 유기층은 유기 전계 발광 재료 및 용매를 함유하는 용액을 사용하여 형성되는 발광층을 포함하고, 상기 유기 전계 발광 재료는 호스트 및 도펀트를 포함하며, 용매에 대해 높은 용해도를 갖는 유기 전계 발광 재료를 사용하여 보다 낮은 구동 전압을 갖고, 발광 효율 및 수명이 향상된다. |
