Abstract | The present invention relates to a transducer (1) for determining the pressure of a hydrogen-containing fluid medium (13), wherein the hydrogen-containing fluid medium (13) is arranged in a first space (14), the transducer (1) includes a pressure-side end (11) in contact with the fluid medium (13), the transducer (1) includes a housing (7) including a second space (15), the transducer (1) includes a measurement arrangement (16), the measurement arrangement (16) is arranged in the second space (15), the transducer (1) includes, at the pressure-side end (11), a diaphragm (2) for hermetically separating the first space (14) including the hydrogen-containing fluid medium (13) from the second space (15), the diaphragm (2) includes a metallic material (3), and the metallic material (3) is made of high-alloy martensite. Therefore, the diaphragm can be improved.
