Abstract The present invention can produce a tissue adhesive, which, by comprising phosphoenolpyruvate and coacervate, has excellent strength, such as compressive strength or shear strength and the like not only in an atmospheric environment but also in an underwater environment, and can be easily modified due to excellent compressive elastic modulus to be applied to various forms. In addition, the present invention relates to a composition for tissue adhesive that can produce the tissue adhesive that maintains excellent durability by inhibiting the elution of components in the composition in the underwater environment. 본 발명은 포스포에놀피루브산 염 및 코아세르베이트를 포함하는 것을 그 특징으로 함으로써, 대기 환경 뿐만 아니라 수중 환경에서도 압축 강도 또는 전단 강도 등 그 강도가 우수하고, 우수한 압축 탄성률로 인해 형태 변형이 용이하여 다양한 형태로의 적용이 가능한 조직 접착제를 제조할 수 있는 이점이 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 조직 접착제 조성물은 수중 환경에서 조성물 내 구성 성분들이 용출되는 것을 억제함으로써, 우수한 내구성이 유지되는 조직 접착제를 제조할 수 있는 조직 접착제용 조성물에 관한 것이다.

In addition, the present invention relates to a composition for tissue adhesive that can produce the tissue adhesive that maintains excellent durability by inhibiting the elution of components in the composition in the underwater environment. 본 발명은 포스포에놀피루브산 염 및 코아세르베이트를 포함하는 것을 그 특징으로 함으로써, 대기 환경 뿐만 아니라 수중 환경에서도 압축 강도 또는 전단 강도 등 그 강도가 우수하고, 우수한 압축 탄성률로 인해 형태 변형이 용이하여 다양한 형태로의 적용이 가능한 조직 접착제를 제조할 수 있는 이점이 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 조직 접착제 조성물은 수중 환경에서 조성물 내 구성 성분들이 용출되는 것을 억제함으로써, 우수한 내구성이 유지되는 조직 접착제를 제조할 수 있는 조직 접착제용 조성물에 관한 것이다.
