Abstract According to the present invention, proposed is a design method for selecting a cooling means considering injection efficiency and economic feasibility of a cryogenic liquefied gas storage tank, which comprises a process of considering a design factor such as the selection of the quantity of nozzles of a cooling spray pipe in consideration of injection efficiency according to phase changes of a cooling medium and a pipe affecting the phase changes and a process of evaluating economic feasibility in terms of costs determined by being linked thereto, in determining the configuration of the cooling means essential for an operation of the storage tank provided in a structure or a transport means including the storage tank and the storage tank of liquefied gas. 본 발명은 액화가스의 저장 탱크 및 저장 탱크를 포함한 운송 수단 혹은 구조물에 구비된 저장 탱크의 운용에 필수적인 냉각 수단의 구성을 결정하는데 있어 냉각 매질의 상변화에 따른 분사효율을 고려한 냉각 스프레이 배관의 노즐 수량 선정 및 상변화에 영향을 미치는 배관 등 설계인자를 고려함과 더불어 연계되어 결정되는 비용 측면의 경제성을 평가하는 과정을 포함한 극저온 액화가스 저장탱크의 분사효율 및 경제성을 고려한 냉각 수단을 선정하는 설계 방법을 제안한다.
AbstractList According to the present invention, proposed is a design method for selecting a cooling means considering injection efficiency and economic feasibility of a cryogenic liquefied gas storage tank, which comprises a process of considering a design factor such as the selection of the quantity of nozzles of a cooling spray pipe in consideration of injection efficiency according to phase changes of a cooling medium and a pipe affecting the phase changes and a process of evaluating economic feasibility in terms of costs determined by being linked thereto, in determining the configuration of the cooling means essential for an operation of the storage tank provided in a structure or a transport means including the storage tank and the storage tank of liquefied gas. 본 발명은 액화가스의 저장 탱크 및 저장 탱크를 포함한 운송 수단 혹은 구조물에 구비된 저장 탱크의 운용에 필수적인 냉각 수단의 구성을 결정하는데 있어 냉각 매질의 상변화에 따른 분사효율을 고려한 냉각 스프레이 배관의 노즐 수량 선정 및 상변화에 영향을 미치는 배관 등 설계인자를 고려함과 더불어 연계되어 결정되는 비용 측면의 경제성을 평가하는 과정을 포함한 극저온 액화가스 저장탱크의 분사효율 및 경제성을 고려한 냉각 수단을 선정하는 설계 방법을 제안한다.
