Summary: | The present invention relates to an eccentric oscillation-type gear device, robot, and industrial machine capable of uniformly applying preload to a main bearing. According to the present invention, the eccentric oscillation-type gear device (1) comprises: a case (2); a first member (41) supported on the case through a first bearing (6A); a second member (42) supported on the case through a second bearing (6B); and a fastening unit (100) fastening the first member and the second member in the axial direction of the case. The fastening unit includes a male thread part (103) and a female thread part (200). Elastic parts (120, 220) are provided on at least one of the root of a thread (110) of the male thread part and the bottom (210b) of a thread (210) of the female thread part (200). When the male thread part (103) and the female thread part (200) are tightened to each other, the elastic part promotes elastic deformation of the thread on which the elastic part is provided.
본 발명에 관한 편심 요동형 기어 장치(1)는, 케이스(2)와, 케이스에 제1 베어링(6A)을 통해 지지되는 제1 부재(41)와, 케이스에 제2 베어링(6B)을 통해 지지되는 제2 부재(42)와, 케이스의 축선 방향으로 제1 부재 및 제2 부재를 체결하는 체결부(100)를 구비한다. 체결부는, 수나사부(103)와 암나사부(200)를 구비한다. 수나사부의 나사산(110)의 뿌리와 암나사부(200)의 나사산(210)의 나사 밑(210b) 중 적어도 한쪽에는, 탄성부(120, 220)이 마련된다. 탄성부는, 수나사부(103) 및 암나사부(200)를 서로 조였을 때, 해당 탄성부가 마련되어 있는 나사산의 탄성 변형을 촉진시킨다. |
