Summary: | Disclosed are photonic crystal particles, a manufacturing method thereof and a display device using the same. The photonic crystal particles include: polymer particles; a reflectance-increasing layer formed by coating the polymer particles with a material with a reflectance higher than that of the polymer particles; and a charge coating layer formed by coating the material containing charges on the reflectance-increasing layer. Therefore, the reflectance and color variable width of the photonic crystal particles can be increased.
광결정입자 및 그 제조방법과 이를 이용한 표시장치가 개시된다. 광결정입자는 고분자입자와, 고분자입자의 반사율보다 더 높은 반사율을 가진 물질로 고분자입자를 코팅하여 형성된 반사율증가층과, 전하를 포함하는 물질을 반사율증가층에 코팅하여 형성된 전하코팅층을 포함한다. |
