Abstract | The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a pressure vessel manufacturing using rubber and a composite material and, more specifically, to a method for manufacturing pressure vessel manufacturing using rubber and a composite material, which efficiently performs the entire process from mandrel assembly to molding. According to the present invention, the method comprises: a step S1 of assembling a cylinder part including a plurality of separable segments and a mandrel including a dome part; a step S2 of winding a rubber strip on the surface of the mandrel; a step S3 of winding a composite material on the surface of the rubber strip; and a step S4 of vulcanizing the rubber strip and, at the same time, curing the composite material to form a shape.
본 발명은 고무 및 복합소재를 이용한 압력용기 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로는 맨드릴 조립에서부터 성형에 이르는 전체 공정을 효율적으로 수행할 수 있는 고무 및 복합소재를 이용한 압력용기 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 분리가능한 복수의 세그먼트로 구성되는 실린더부와, 돔부로 구성되는 맨드릴을 조립하는 S1단계와; 상기 맨드릴의 표면에 고무 스트립을 와인딩하는 S2단계와; 상기 고무 스트립 표면에 복합소재를 와인딩하는 S3단계와; 상기 고무 스트립을 가황시킴과 동시에, 상기 복합소재를 경화시켜 성형하는 S4단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. |
