Abstract The present invention relates to a soundproof integrated solar module with a plastic cover for easy processing and installation and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the front surface glass and the rear surface glass of a solar module which receives light from both surfaces are replaced with a film type module by using the ETFE and transparent back sheet, and a permeable protective cover which is transparent and thermoformable is attached to the upper and lower surfaces of the film type module. To this end, the present invention comprises: a solar cell plate; a first sealing material which is stacked at the upper portion of the solar cell plate; a second sealing material stacked at the lower portion of the solar cell plate; a plastic soundproof member which is stacked at the upper portion of the first sealing material such that sunlight may penetrate; a transparent back sheet which is stacked at the lower portion of the second sealing material such that sunlight may penetrate; and a permeable protective cover which is individually stacked at the upper portion of the plastic soundproof member and the lower portion of the transparent back sheet to protect the solar module from the external environment. Therefore, the present invention may be easily processed and installed, provide a light weight to facilitate ease in construction, and provide excellent soundproof performance. 양면 수광형 태양광 모듈의 전면유리와 후면유리를 ETFE와 투명 백시트를 이용한 필름형 모듈로 대체하고, 상기 필름형 모듈의 상부 및 하부 표면에 투명하고 열성형이 가능한 투광성 보호커버를 부착하는 가공 및 설치가 용이한 플라스틱 커버 적용 방음일체형 태양광 모듈 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 태양 전지판, 상기 태양 전지판 상부에 적층된 제1 밀봉재, 상기 태양 전지판 하부에 적층된 제2 밀봉재, 태양광이 투과되도록 상기 제1 밀봉재의 상부에 적층된 플라스틱 방음부재, 태양광이 투과되도록 상기 제2 밀봉재의 하부에 적층된 투명 백시트, 및 외부환경으로부터 상기 태양광 모듈을 보호하기 위해 상기 플라스틱 방음부재의 상부 및 상기 투명 백시트의 하부에 각각 적층된 투광성 보호커버를 포함하며, 가공 및 설치가 용이하고, 무게가 가벼워 시공을 용이하게 할 수 있으며, 방음성능이 우수한 효과가 있다.
