Summary:It relates to a manufacturing method of an insulation assembly for a small nuclear reactor, which is a manufacturing method for manufacturing an insulation assembly for a small nuclear reactor, comprising: an upper cylindrical unit; a lower cylindrical unit having a smaller diameter than the upper cylindrical unit; a bottom unit which seals the lower end of the lower cylindrical unit; a first connection unit connecting the upper cylindrical unit and the lower cylindrical unit; and a second connection unit connecting the lower cylindrical unit and the bottom unit, and which is possible to improve productivity and reduce costs by simply manufacturing and assembling each part of the insulation assembly for a small nuclear reactor, as well as greatly improving the insulation performance and quality of the insulation assembly for a small nuclear reactor, through a technological composition which includes a units manufacturing step of manufacturing the upper cylindrical unit, the lower cylindrical unit, the bottom unit, the first connection unit, and the second connection unit; and a units assembling step of assembling the upper cylindrical unit and the lower cylindrical unit through the first connection unit, and assembling the lower cylindrical unit and the bottom unit through the second connection unit to complete the insulation assembly for a small nuclear reactor. 소형 원자로용 단열조립체의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 상부원통부; 상부원통부보다 직경이 작은 하부원통부; 하부원통부의 하단부를 밀폐하는 바닥부; 상부원통부와 하부원통부를 연결하는 제1연결부; 하부원통부와 바닥부를 연결하는 제2연결부;를 포함하는 소형 원자로용 단열조립체를 제조하는 제조방법으로, 상부원통부, 하부원통부, 바닥부, 제1연결부, 제2연결부를 제조하는 부품 제조단계; 제1연결부를 통해 상부원통부와 하부원통부를 조립하고, 제2연결부를 통해 하부원통부와 바닥부를 조립하여 소형 원자로용 단열조립체를 완성하는 부품 조립단계;를 포함하는 기술 구성을 통하여, 소형 원자로용 단열조립체의 각 부품을 간편하게 제조하여 조립하여 생산성 향상과 원가절감을 도모할 수 있게 됨른 물론 소형 원자로용 단열조립체의 단열성능 및 품질을 크게 향상시킬 수 있게 되는 것이다.
