Abstract | The present invention relates to a planar heating element. More specifically, the planar heating element comprises: a heating part woven by carbon yarns, which are arranged at equal intervals, supplied as weft yarns; and a pair of electrode parts in which a plurality of tin copper wires are supplied at an angle to be connected at the intersection of the carbon yarns and the plain weave. The pair of electrode parts include a first electrode part and a second electrode part to which electricity is supplied in opposite directions. The first electrode part and the second electrode part alternate with the carbon yarns adjacent to each other. According to the present invention, it is possible to improve the magnetic field cancellation and electric field shielding functions of the planar heating element. In addition, it is possible to simplify the manufacturing process and reduce production costs. In addition, it is possible to prevent the peeling phenomenon of the electric field shielding sheet of the planar heating element due to use.
본 발명은 면상발열체에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 등간격으로 배치된 카본사가 위사로 공급되어 직조된 발열부, 다수개의 주석동선이 경사로 공급되어 상기 카본사와 평직 직조의 교차점에서 연결되는 한 쌍의 전극부들을 포함하고, 상기 한 쌍의 전극부들에는 서로 반대 방향으로 전기가 공급되는 제1전극부 및 제2전극부가 구비되며, 상기 제1전극부 및 제2전극부는 서로 인접하는 카본사와 교대로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 면상발열체에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면 면상발열체의 자기장 상쇄 및 전기장 차폐 기능이 향상될 수 있다. 또한, 제조공정이 간소화 되고, 생산원가가 절감된다. 그뿐만 아니라 사용에 의한 면상발열체의 전기장 차폐시트 박리현상이 방지된다. |
