Abstract | According to one aspect of the present invention, a metal powder manufacturing device is manufactured. The metal powder manufacturing device includes: a chamber containing metal raw materials therein; a plasma torch that generates metal vapor by vaporizing the metal raw material using plasma within the chamber; a shell material vaporization part that heats and vaporizes the shell material; a shell material supply pipe through which the shell material vapor vaporized from the shell material vaporization part is transported by a carrier gas and introduced into the chamber; and a cooling pipe in which metal vapor and shell material vapor, respectively transported by the carrier gas, are received, the metal vapor and shell material vapor are cooled by quenching gas, and metal powder coated on at least a portion of the surface by the shell material is formed, thereby capable of minimizing generation of connected particles during a cooling process.
본 발명의 일 관점에 의하면, 금속원료를 내부에 수용하는 챔버; 상기 챔버 내에서 플라즈마를 이용하여 상기 금속원료를 기화시켜 금속증기를 생성하는 플라즈마 토치; 쉘물질을 가열하여 기화시키는 쉘물질 기화부; 셀물질 기화부로부터 기화된 쉘물질증기가 캐리어가스에 의해 이송되어 상기 챔버로 투입되게하는 쉘물질 공급관; 및 캐리어 가스에 의해 각각 이송되는 금속증기와 쉘물질증기가 수용되고, 퀜칭가스에 의해 상기 금속증기 및 쉘물질증기가 냉각되어 상기 쉘물질에 의해 표면의 적어도 일부가 도포된 금속분말이 형성되는 냉각관;을 포함하는 금속분말 제조 장치가 제조된다. |
