Abstract The present invention provides a phase contrast layer-attached polarizing plate in which phase contrast unevenness and color stains are suppressed in a harsh high temperature environment, and in a high temperature and high humidity environment. The phase contrast layer-attached polarizing plate in an embodiment of the present invention includes a polarizing plate including a polarizer, a first phase contrast layer composed of a stretched film of a polycarbonate-based resin film, and a second phase contrast layer having a shear breaking strength (T) of 15 MPa or more. 본 발명은 가혹한 고온 환경, 및 고온 고습 환경에서의 위상차 불균일 및 색 얼룩이 억제된 위상차층 부착 편광판을 제공하는 것이다. 본 발명의 실시형태의 위상차층 부착 편광판은, 편광자를 포함하는 편광판과, 폴리카보네이트계 수지 필름의 연신 필름으로 구성되는 제1 위상차층과, 전단 파괴 강도(T)가 15MPa 이상인 제2 위상차층을 포함한다.
