Summary:The present invention relates to an integrated molecular diagnostic device using a heat-driven fluid control valve and a molecular diagnostic method thereof. The integrated molecular diagnostic device comprises: a cartridge into which a sampling tool for collecting a sample is inserted, and which receives heat at a first temperature and extracts nucleic acids from the collected sample to generate a sample solution, receives heat at a second temperature higher than the first temperature and flows the sample solution into a fluid channel to transfer the sample solution to a reaction chamber, and receives heat at a third temperature to perform a nucleic acid amplification reaction; and a diagnostic module body which is detachably coupled to the cartridge to supply the heat at the first to third temperatures to the cartridge and detects the nucleic acid amplification reaction to diagnose presence or absence of a diagnostic target. Accordingly, a process from pretreatment of the collected sample to molecular diagnosis can be performed with one device without user intervention. 본 발명은 열구동 유체 제어 밸브를 이용한 일체형 분자 진단 장치 및 이의 분자 진단 방법에 관한 것으로, 시료를 채취하는 시료 채취 도구가 삽입되고, 제1 온도의 열을 공급받아 채취된 시료로부터 핵산을 추출하여 시료 용액을 생성하고, 제1 온도보다 높은 제2 온도의 열을 공급받아 시료 용액을 유체 채널로 유입시켜 반응 챔버로 이송하며, 제3 온도의 열을 공급받아 핵산 증폭 반응을 수행하는 카트리지, 및 카트리지와 탈착 가능하게 결합하여 카트리지에 상기 제1 내지 제3 온도의 열을 공급하고, 핵산 증폭 반응을 검출하여 진단 대상의 존재 여부를 진단하는 진단 모듈 본체를 포함한다.
