The present invention provides a bicycle saddle provided with a cushioning means for a pubic area, comprising: a saddle part having a long hole (13) of a certain length formed in the front and rear directions in a central part, wherein each side of the long hole (13) is composed of a plate (11) that is made of a carbon fiber and has first and second mounting grooves (15, 17) of a certain depth formed to face each other; and a buffering part made of first and second cushioning bodies (21, 25) made of elastic material, which are placed in each of the first and second mounting grooves (15, 17) while having an upper surface exposed to an upper part of the plate (11). Thus, the present invention can provide the bicycle saddle made of carbon fiber that can reduce the shock transmitted to a rider's pubic area during a riding process to a certain level. 본 발명은, 중앙부위에는 전후방향으로 일정길이의 장공(13)이 형성되고, 장공(13)의 좌우 각각에는 일정깊이의 제1, 2안치홈(15, 17)이 상호 대향하며 형성되는 탄소섬유 재질의 플레이트(11)로 이루어지는 안장부; 제1, 2안치홈(15, 17) 각각에 안치되되 상면부위가 플레이트(11)의 상측부위로 노출되는 탄성재질의 제1, 2완충체(21, 25)로 이루어지는 완충부;를 포함하는 치골부위에 대한 완충수단이 구비되는 자전거 안장를 제공한다.
