Abstract | A preparing method of a TPU composition of the present invention allows a filler to be uniformly and finely dispersed in the composition, so as to contain a relatively large amount of the filler, thereby improving thermal conductivity and improving mechanical strength. In addition, the preparing method of a TPU composition of the present invention has the effect of improving process efficiency and process environment by reducing dust generation. To this end, the preparing method of a TPU composition comprises a step (1) of preparing a low-viscosity TPU liquid raw material and a filler, a step (2) of producing a TPU mixed composition including TPU and the filler, and a step (3) of obtaining a TPU composition.
본 발명의 TPU 복합 조성물 제조방법은 조성물 내에 필러가 균일하게 미세 분산될 수 있어 비교적 다량의 필러를 함유할 수 있고, 이에 따라 열 전도율을 향상시킬 수 있으며, 기계적 강도를 개선할 수 있는 효과가 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 TPU 복합 조성물 제조방법은 분진 발생 저감이 가능하여 공정 효율 및 공정 환경을 개선할 수 있는 효과가 있다. |
