Abstract In accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, a device for providing an interactive virtual microscope includes: a memory storing virtual microscope-related graphic data; and at least one processor processing the virtual microscope-related graphic data of the memory, wherein the at least one processor reads the virtual microscope-related graphic data from the memory in accordance with a control signal of a user to process a virtual operation of the virtual microscope, a sample to be observed by the user through the virtual microscope and graphic data about a sample observation result of the user, and performs a control operation such that the sample observation result can be displayed differently depending on an operation difference of each component of the virtual microscope.
