The present invention relates to a diagnostic image photographing apparatus for breast cancer. More specifically, the present invention relates to a diagnostic image photographing apparatus for breast cancer, which is able to photograph a diagnostic image by applying a negative pressure to a sample, and generate an optimized diagnostic image without pressure on the sample. According to the present invention, disclosed is a diagnostic image photographing apparatus for breast cancer, comprising: a breast insertion unit having an opening through which the breasts of a subject are inserted; a negative pressure application unit applying a negative pressure to the breast insertion unit; a diagnostic image photographing unit photographing a diagnostic image on the breasts with the negative pressure applied to the breast insertion unit; and a control unit controlling the negative pressure application unit and the diagnostic image photographing unit. 본 발명은 유방암 진단 영상 촬영 장치에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로는 피검체에 음압을 인가하면서 진단 영상을 촬영하여 피검체에 대한 압박 없이 최적화된 진단 영상을 생성할 수 있는 유방암 진단 영상 촬영 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서는, 피검자의 유방이 인입되는 개구를 구비하는 유방 인입부; 상기 유방 인입부로 음압을 인가하는 음압 인가부; 상기 유방 인입부로 음압이 인가된 상태에서 상기 유방에 대한 진단 영상을 촬영하는 진단 영상 촬영부; 및 상기 음압 인가부와 상기 진단 영상 촬영부를 제어하는 제어부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유방 진단 영상 촬영 장치를 개시한다.
