A complex functional local cleaning device according to the present invention comprises a cleaning unit and an integrated processing console. The cleaning unit includes: a cleaning water spray module for spraying cleaning water on local areas of a human body; and a laser irradiation module provided to irradiate a low-level laser. The laser irradiation module includes: a housing; a cleaning water tank connected to the cleaning unit and provided within the housing to accommodate the cleaning water; a control panel for a console exposed to the outside of the housing and provided to be operable by a user; and a control unit performing a control operation so as to supply the cleaning water to the cleaning unit or irradiate laser through the laser irradiation module according to the input of the control panel for the console.
