Summary:The present invention relates to an ultrasonic medical cartridge which can precisely move an ultrasonic generating unit by eliminating backlash between a screw and a moving nut that moves the ultrasonic generating unit, and an ultrasonic medical device including the same. The ultrasonic medical device comprises: a handpiece; a cartridge housing which is detachably coupled to the handpiece; an ultrasonic generating unit which is accommodated in the cartridge housing; a moving unit which allows a moving nut to move along a screw when the screw rotates; a driving device which is accommodated in the handpiece, and rotates the screw; and a coupler which connects a drive shaft of the driving device and the screw. 본 발명은 초음파 발생부를 이동시키는 이동너트 및 스크류 사이의 백래쉬를 제거함으로써, 초음파 발생부를 정밀하게 이동시킬 수 있는 초음파 의료용 카트리지 및 이를 포함하는 초음파 의료 장치에 관한 것이다.
