Abstract | One embodiment of the present invention provides a display device comprising: a substrate; a display element disposed on the substrate; a low reflection inorganic layer disposed on the display element; a light blocking layer disposed on the low reflection inorganic layer, and equipped with an opening corresponding to a light emitting area of the display element; a first insulating layer disposed on the light blocking layer, and equipped with the opening corresponding to the light emitting area of the display element; and a second insulating layer filling the inside of the opening of the light blocking layer and the opening of the first insulating layer, wherein the first insulating layer comprises a material that absorbs a wavelength band of 380-500 nm, and a thickness of the first insulating layer is greater than that of a thickness of the light blocking layer. Therefore, the present invention is capable of improving a reflection color of the display device.
본 발명의 일 실시예는, 기판; 상기 기판 상에 배치된 표시요소; 상기 표시요소 상에 배치된 저반사 무기층; 상기 저반사 무기층 상에 배치되며, 상기 표시요소의 발광영역에 대응한 개구를 구비한 차광층; 상기 차광층 상에 배치되며, 상기 표시요소의 발광영역에 대응한 개구를 구비한 제1절연층; 상기 차광층의 개구 및 상기 제1절연층의 개구 내부를 채우는 제2절연층;을 포함하며, 상기 제1절연층은 380nm 내지 500nm 파장 대역을 흡수하는 물질을 포함하며, 상기 제1절연층의 두께는 상기 차광층의 두께 보다 큰, 표시 장치를 제공한다. |
