The present invention relates to a lightweight open-type box folding device with improved mobility for automatically folding a box in an unfolded state, the box including: one bottom plate; a pair of long side plates formed on the outer peripheral surface of the bottom plate and including a long side reinforcement plate formed inside, a long side reinforcement plate leg protruding from the center of the long side reinforcement plate, and a long side reinforcement plate leg fixing hole into which the long side reinforcement plate leg is inserted and fixed; a pair of short side plates formed adjacent to the long side plates on the outer peripheral surface of the bottom plate and including a short side first reinforcement plate formed inside and a short side second reinforcement plate formed on the inside of the short side first reinforcement plate by being joined to each other by a short side second reinforcement plate fastening part; and a pair of top plates formed parallel to the bottom plate by having top legs formed at both corner parts inserted into and fixed into a top leg fixing hole formed on the side of the long side plate. The lightweight open-type box folding device with improved mobility includes: a loading module that supplies boxes one by one in one direction from a box magazine in which a plurality of unfolded boxes are stacked in an upright position; a transfer module that transfers the box supplied from the loading module in a direction perpendicular to the supply direction of the loading module; a press module that supports the bottom plate of the box whose transfer has been completed by the transfer module and transfers and aligns the box along a press rail formed in a direction perpendicular to the transfer direction of the transfer module; and a folding module that folds and assembles the box transferred and is aligned through the press module and discharges the box through a plurality of rollers. 본 발명은 1개의 바닥판과, 상기 장측판은 내측에 형성되는 장측보강판과 상기 장측보강판 중앙부에 돌출 형성되는 장측보강판다리와 상기 장측보강판다리가 삽입되어 고정되는 장측보강판다리 고정홀을 포함하여 상기 바닥판의 외주면에 형성되는 한 쌍의 장측판과, 내측에 형성되는 단측 제 1보강판과 단측 제 2보강판 체결부에 의하여 상호 결합하여 상기 단측 제 1보강판의 내측에 형성되는 단측 제 2보강판를 포함하여 상기 바닥판의 외주면에 상기 장측판과 이웃하여 형성되는 한 쌍의 단측판, 및 양측 모서리부에 각각 형성되는 상판다리가 상기 장측판 측에 형성되는 상판다리 고정홀에 삽입되어 고정됨으로써 상기 바닥판과 평행하게 형성되는 한 쌍의 상판을 포함하는 전개 상태의 박스를 자동을 접는 이동성이 향상된 경량형 오픈형태 박스 제함기에 관한 것으로 전개된 복수 개의 박스가 세워진 상태로 적재되는 박스매거진으로부터 상기 박스를 일 방향으로 1개씩 공급하는 로딩모듈, 상기 로딩모듈로부터 공급된 상기 박스를 상기 로딩모듈의 공급방향과 직교하는 방향으로 이송시키는 트랜스퍼모듈, 상기 트랜스퍼모듈에 의하여 이송이 완료된 상기 박스의 바닥판을 지지하여 상기 트랜스퍼모듈의 이송방향과 직교하는 방향으로 형성되는 프레스레일을 따라 이송 및 정렬시키는 프레스모듈 및 상기 프레스모듈을 통하여 이송 및 정렬되는 상기 박스를 복수 개의 롤러를 통하여 접철 및 조립하여 배출하는 폴딩모듈을 포함한다.
