Abstract An electronic device of the present disclosure may include a display, a digitizer disposed below the display, a conductive plate disposed below the digitizer, a bracket disposed below the conductive plate, and a magnetic component disposed on the bracket. The digitizer includes a coil array layer, a magnetic layer disposed below the coil array layer, and a conductive layer disposed below the magnetic layer. At least a portion of the conductive layer may be cut to form a first opening, and the first opening and at least a portion of the magnetic component may be arranged to overlap.
