A display device according to an embodiment comprises a display area which includes a plurality of pixels, and a peripheral area which is located around the display area and includes a driving signal transmission line, wherein each of the plurality of pixels comprises a transistor, a driving voltage line connected to the transistor and the driving signal transmission line, and a light-emitting part connected to the transistor. The plurality of pixels includes a first pixel and a second pixel which are spaced apart from each other to have different intervals from the driving signal transmission line. The concentration of impurities doped on the semiconductor layer of the transistor of the first pixel may be different from the concentration of impurities doped on the semiconductor layer of the transistor of the second pixel.
