Abstract A manufacturing apparatus of a pouch-type battery case according to an embodiment of the present invention can form pouch sheet. The manufacturing apparatus of a pouch-type battery case of the present invention comprises: a forming device for forming a cup portion on the pouch sheet; a pair of first rollers disposed after the forming device with respect to a moving direction of the pouch sheet to come in contact with one surface of the pouch sheet; and a second roller disposed to face the first roller with the pouch sheet interposed therebetween to come in contact with the other surface opposite to the one surface of the pouch sheet and rotate. For any one of the first roller and the second roller, an outer diameter thereof can decrease as it goes inward in a direction of thickness and, for the other one the first roller and the second roller, the outer diameter thereof can increase as it goes inward in the direction of thickness.
