Summary: | The present invention relates to an electronic device using 2D materials. According to the present invention, an electronic device using 2D materials includes a dielectric; an interlayer material; a source electrode; and a drain electrode. It is possible to reduce the effective contact resistance by forming a through hole in the interlayer material or by forming the source electrode and the drain electrode at various positions of the interlayer material.
