Abstract | In accordance with the present invention, a kiosk is adjusted in height and angle in accordance with user information (user height, user age, user gender, whether a user uses a wheelchair and the like), and a screen suitable for the age of the user is outputted to the user. Thus, not only people familiar with the use of the kiosk but also the elderly, children and the handicapped can easily, conveniently and intuitively use the kiosk. In particular, when the kiosk is installed not only in a store but also in a government office such as a community service center, a district office or a city hall, the kiosk can provide convenience services for everyone, thereby becoming an alternative or standard considering digitally excluded strata. Moreover, the kiosk can reduce manpower for handling the elderly, children and the handicapped, thereby improving a profit structure of a seller or the manpower usability of a government office.
본 발명은 사용자 정보(사용자 키, 사용자 연령, 사용자 성별, 휠체어 사용 여부 등)에 따라 키오스크의 높이와 각도를 조절하고, 사용자의 연령에 맞는 화면을 사용자에게 출력한다. 이로 인해, 키오스크 사용에 익숙한 사람은 물론, 고령층, 어린이, 장애인도 쉽고 편리하고 직관적으로 키오스크를 사용할 수 있다. 특히, 매장뿐 아니라 주민센터, 구청 및 시청과 같은 관공서에서 설치하는 경우 모두를 배려한 편리한 서비스를 제공할 수 있어 디지털 소외 계층을 고려한 대안이나 표준으로 자리 잡을 수 있다. 또한, 고령층, 어린이, 장애인을 응대하는 인력을 줄일 수 있어, 판매자의 수익 구조 또는 관공서의 인력 활용성이 개선될 수 있다. |
