Summary:Disclosed is a sealant film having a sealant layer in a multilayer structure that has 2 or more layers, a cell pouch including the same, and a preparation method thereof, wherein the content of an elastomer in each sealant layer becomes gradually different and an inorganic adhesive is contained in the sealant layer in contact with a barrier layer. In order to prevent a disadvantage that the inclusion of the elastomer into the sealant layer of the cell pouch decreases crystallinity and chemical resistance, the sealant layer is configured to have multiple layers and the amount of added elastomer is gradually adjusted in each layer. In particular, the minimum amount is added to an inner layer touched by an inner electrolyte to improve chemical resistance, thereby enhancing insulation resistance. In addition, an excessive amount of the elastomer and an inorganic additive are added to the sealant layer that comes in planar contact with the barrier layer to impart excellent thermal adhesion strength and properties of adhering to the barrier layer and improve moisture permeability, thereby achieving improved sealing performance and barrier performance. 2층 이상의 다층 구조의 실란트 층을 가지는 실란트 필름으로서, 각 실란트 층의 엘라스토머 함량이 점진적으로 상이하도록 하되, 배리어층과 접하는 실란트 층에 무기계 첨가제가 함유되도록 한 셀파우치용 실란트 필름, 이를 포함하는 셀 파우치 및 그 제조 방법이 개시된다. 이와 같이 셀파우치의 실란트 층에 엘라스토머를 적용 시 결정화도 및 내화학성이 낮아지는 단점을 방지하기 위해서 실란트 층을 다층으로 구성하고 각 층에서 점진적으로 엘라스토머 첨가량을 조절한다. 특히 내전해액이 닿는 내면층에는 최소량 첨가함으로써 내화학성을 개선하여 절연저항을 향상할 수 있다. 또한, 배리어층의 접착면인 실란트층에는 엘라스토머를 과량 첨가하고 나아가 무기계 첨가제를 함유하도록 함으로써 우수한 열접착 강도와 배리어층 접착 특성을 가지며 투습성이 개선되어 더 향상된 밀봉성 및 배리어성을 구현할 수 있다.
