Abstract | The present invention relates to a device for correcting a posture for barbell exercise by using a laser beam and, more specifically, to a device for correcting a posture for barbell exercise by using a laser beam, which has a bearing structure and addresses a problem that a user can't immediately check his own balance state when doing a barbell exercise and a problem that the user should separately keep the level when mounting a laser device on a barbell, wherein the first problem is solved by a laser pointer of a light emission unit and the second problem is solved by weight and the bearing structure of the body unit. According to the above-mentioned structure of the present invention, a beginner can visually check the balance between the left and right sides in real time to achieve a correct posture and an advanced expert can solve a problem of imbalance between the left and right sides in muscle growth through fine adjustment of the balance between the left and right sides.
본 발명은 레이저빔을 이용한 바벨 운동 자세 교정 장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 바벨 운동을 할 때 본인의 균형 상태를 즉각적으로 확인할 수 없는 문제점과 레이저 장치를 바벨에 장착할 때, 별도로 수평을 맞춰야 하는 문제점을 개선하기 위한 것으로, 위와 같은 첫 번째 문제점을 발광부의 레이저 포인터로 해결하며, 두 번째 문제점을 본체부의 무게추와 베어링 구조를 통해 해결하여 최종적으로 레이저 빔을 이용한 베어링 구조의 바벨 운동 자세 교정 장치를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 위와 같은 구성을 갖는 본 발명은 초보자의 경우 시각을 통해 실시간으로 좌우 균형을 확인하며 정확한 자세를 형성할 수 있으며, 고급자의 경우에는 미세한 좌우 균형 조절을 통해 근육 성장의 좌우 불균형 문제를 해결할 수 있다. |
